Most of my career has been spent helping teams move from ambiguity to decision-grade output: scaling Carta from 33 to 1,600+ people through Series B → unicorn, opening Carta Brazil, founding Flieber, and building Cordial's AI personalization team from zero to production with a 30% revenue lift in early deployments.
